Outreach doesn't require new or regular updates of software or hardware, in fact we update our software regularly free of charge. OutreachCRM currently works with a range of companies and applications. Here are two examples:

Voice over Internet Protocol telephony system provider VentureVoIP. OutreachCRM integration allows for direct dialling from numbers stored in the system as well as pop-up identification of incoming phone calls.
Website design and development solutions. Turboweb offer their Simple Content Manager solution to make getting your website online painless. Integration allows for direct email subscription and information capture into your OutreachCRM system.

Supplementary training sessions are available on an individual basis. This type of focused training can be a useful tool for current users to cover particular questions, as a refresher course, or for new staff to get an overview of your Outreach database system.

OutreachCRM uses a tested set of Open Source components, PHP and MySQL, to ensure the cost of ownership remains low. OutreachCRM is developed and maintained using the most recent stable releases of these technologies. Our servers are under 24-hour monitoring, are housed in secure premises, and have redundant power and network connections. |
